Free Admission
11th November 2025 1:00 pm - 11th November 2025 1:30 pm

Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping the workplace, and not just in how we work, but in how we communicate, raise concerns, and respond to challenges. As tools like ChatGPT become more embedded in day-to-day operations, employers are seeing a marked shift in the nature of grievances and disciplinary processes.

Webinar content

In this Brachers Bitesize, Employment Partner Colin Smith will look at (in our experience) the growth of AI generated grievances, complaints and responses.  With the increasing use of AI we are seeing an increase in the size and scope of grievances and the size, scope and speed of response to challenges to disciplinary processes.  We will look at what employers can do to manage this growing issue, the duty to address grievances in the modern workplace and the principles for dealing with grievances arising within, or in connection with disciplinary procedures.

There will be the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.

Who should attend?

HR professionals, business owners, and those in management or senior leadership positions within their organisation.
