Winters Barns, located in Canterbury, offers you and your guests a delightful venue in which to hold a truly wonderful, memorable wedding. Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration or a lavish reception, the venue has a fantastic variety of function spaces to accommodate your day.

Facilities and Capacity

The delightful barn boasts rustic, vaulted ceilings, and offers stunning views across the grounds, perfect for your all-important wedding photos. The L-shaped barn is perfect for your whole day of celebrations, with a ceremony space at one end and a reception room at the other. The self-contained barn enables you to enjoy an exceptional wedding whatever the weather. It can accommodate up to 150 for a ceremony and 200 in the reception room. Following a romantic ceremony, you and your guests can enjoy a few drinks. While you are socialising with your nearest and dearest, the venue team will clear the ceremony room to transform the barn into the perfect party space for your first dance and evening festivities.

Services Offered

Winters Barns holds only one wedding per day, allowing you to have a completely private occasion. Not only will you and your guests enjoy the whole venue with no interruptions, but you will also benefit from the undivided attention of the fantastic team throughout the day. Catering will be provided in-house, while a list of trusted vendors can be provided to help you find the perfect fit for your celebration. A wedding coordinator will also work with you to help bring your dream day to life.

Just perfect! There’s isn’t really anything else we can say. The team were fabulous and so supportive. The grounds were immaculate. Thank you for such a perfect day. Our wedding was everything that we dreamed of and more. Lizzie was just exceptional, there is no other word to describe her. So committed and so incredible all day long!

Our day couldn't have been any more perfect. We wanted to have an outside ceremony and the weather was in our favour! We are so glad we did as the grounds looked so beautiful, full of colour and so well-kept. There were so many spots for us to have some beautiful photos, both during the day and at night time when the fairy lights were on - so stunning. We felt that the quality of the venue and the Scott Anderson team went hand in hand and both were of high quality, so worked perfectly together. Sophie was amazing, so friendly and kind whilst also knowing exactly what our wedding vision was, being in control of the running of the day and ensuring it all went so smoothly. I'm sure there were parts which didn't go according to plan/timings but Sophie made sure that we didn't feel rushed but kept the day moving along. She kept the day moving along but also was in the background and blended in perfectly as a guest. We really had the best day of our lives, so much fun and very special to be able to have our wedding day in such a beautiful place. Everyone on the day worked well together, and was friendly, helpful and professional. A real credit to Winters Barns. Thank you so much - we couldn't have done it without you!

Absolutely incredible. The most beautiful wedding venue with the most amazing staff. They are so well organised from the catering team to food and beverage staff, the whole day ran smoothly with such professionalism. We felt so incredibly lucky and could not of wished for a more perfect day.
It met all our expectations and much more! Any questions we had were answered immediately by Sally or one of the other ladies within the team. Nothing was too much for the team, so accommodating and just incredible!
