Will Barnes Limited is a family-run recruitment agency and training centre based in Sittingbourne, Kent, that offers a bespoke service connecting clients to highly skilled candidates. Its expertise lies in supplying exceptional candidates, mainly in the logistics industry, with outstanding customer service. The business has grown significantly with a vast amount of staff now on its books.
Director, William Barnes, has been driving HGV and PCV vehicles for over 20 years and previously owned a very successful haulage company. In 2018, after dealing with agencies and becoming increasingly frustrated with how they operated, he decided to set up his own recruitment business, Will Barnes Ltd, to offer a personal, friendly and supportive service.
The agency differs because it is family-run. Will’s partner Serena works alongside him bringing over 25 years of experience in the recruitment and automotive industry and Will’s Father, a retired training school manager, assists Will and the team with writing the CPC courses. This has helped to set up the training centre where five different approved courses are run, these are competitively priced for HGV and PCV drivers.
Other courses available include fire marshall, first aid, forklift driving and more.
