I had the opportunity of working with Steve on a project that was aimed at implementing and improving a global GMP service. The business at hand was not an area that Steve had a lot of experience in. But he made it his job to learn the business, and the requirements, so he could effectively lead. Throughout the project, Steve facilitated intense, focused working sessions, each lasting two days.

Steve's excellent ability to prepare, and his endless energy, was the key to our work session success. He managed the work in a way that encouraged everyone to participate, and to feel very satisfied with our accomplishments.
