Wisdom Hospice Charity supports the work of the Wisdom Hospice in Rochester, the only adult hospice serving the communities of Medway and Swale.
The Friends make an annual grant towards the running costs of the hospice as well as, when funds allow, providing extra equipment and facilities that lie outside the NHS budget.
