Talis IFA can trace our roots to the early 1990s and from our head office in Ashford, today we support over 20 independent financial advisers from Bristol to Nottingham and across the South East.
We’re an ambitious independent firm, helping clients navigate the increasingly complex world of financial planning. Our daily interactions with pension providers, investment managers and insurance companies brings a depth of practical understanding allied to our breadth of knowledge in technical matters.
Volatile investment markets and the state of the economy creates a lot of noisy headlines which can feel disorientating and potentially disrupt long held client plans. More than anything, we exist to help our clients keep those plans on track.
Our clients include private individuals, small business owners, medium-sized employers, charities, and trusts. We work across generations from first-time buyers to those who are gifting their wealth and funding long-term care.
Our investment in technology and agile operations meant we stayed ‘open’ for business during the lockdowns, with little day-to-day interruption. As a result, we’ve grown significantly and continued to create employment opportunities.
Our core services involve pension funds and investment portfolios and we work closely alongside other professionals to provide tax and associated legal advice. As part of our service, we co-ordinate all the various elements that arise from managing individual or family wealth whether held personally, in a business or trust.
