The team from SGS Energy were truly amazing. They saved our heating system. We had a heat pump fitted two and a half years ago and it never worked properly. We tried to get the company that fitted it to come and rectify the problems. They stopped answering our calls and ignored all correspondence. Stay clear of Project Better Energy. Calling them cowboys is too good for them. We found Matt and his team and from the beginning there customer service and professionalism were outstanding. From coming to inspect the work until completion they were the absolute best. Nothing was too much trouble. They had a big task to perform and done it with outstanding workmanship. We had to have our whole system decommissioned and recommissioned. It was like starting all over again. Nothing fazed the team. Nothing was too much trouble and it was an absolute pleasure to have them working in our home.
