The Founder, Peter Searle started his career as a civil engineer, then transferred to building works. Over a 10 year period, as the Kent area director he secured £400m of profitable work from approximately £1000m of bids. In 2015 he left corporate life and began supporting businesses in the construction sector. In particular he can advise on, lead generation, tendering, organisation structures, setting up the management accounts and chairing monthly reviews. He has clients who are both Contractors and consultants at various stages of the business lifecycle, Preparing to Exit, Scaling up and Start up.
He is an active member of KCFG, Constructing Excellence Kent Branch, Vice Chair of the Professional Membership Review Panel for the CIOB, and judges the Construction Manager of the Year Award and The Kent Construction Awards in Maidstone and Canterbury.
