Established in 1975, Procon Engineering provides turnkey solutions for weighing, process & batch control, belt weighing and boiler acoustic steam leak detection systems for manufacturing sectors in the UK and around the world, including food & drink, chemical, petrochemical, utilities, mining, power and nuclear.

This is supported by our nationwide service team which visits sites to service, calibrate and repair both weigh and non-weigh equipment.

Our head office and technical centre is in Sevenoaks, while our engineers are located throughout the UK.

The equipment we supply includes anything from a single laboratory or platform scale, to load cells and instruments for weighing vessels and silos, to fully designed systems for dispensing and controlling material ingredients by weight.

We are happy to provide a one-off balance for a small company or a full turnkey control system for a multi-national.

The service team not only calibrates our own weigh equipment and weigh equipment from other suppliers, it also provides a calibration and emergency callout service for non-weigh equipment such as temperature probes, metal detectors and flow meters.

This means manufacturers can choose to hand over the responsibility for scheduling planned calibration visits and for arranging emergency breakdown repairs to just one company. This will cover all their equipment within a single contract.
