Our surgical centre in Gillingham provides day surgery, with in-patient surgical procedures carried out at our sister hospital, Practice Plus Group Hospital, Ilford. If you are scheduled for in-patient surgical treatment in London, you can attend all your pre-operative and post-operative appointments at either Practice Plus Group Surgical Centre, Gillingham or Practice Plus Group Hospital, Ilford.

I visited the surgical centre today for a gastroscopy. From the moment I checked in at reception, I received the utmost care. The nurses and surgical team took the time to explain everything clearly, and the consultant met with me before the procedure. From start to finish, the entire process took about an hour, after which I was given a detailed report outlining the findings and recommendations.

I had cysts removed from my head on Monday the 11th August, from the moment I arrived I felt looked after, Lorraine brown was amazing, really felt she cared, and Teresa was lovely, and when I had a bit of a moment in theatre it was handled brilliantly.
