MP Payroll Solutions identified that there was a gap in the market for an integrated Payroll Service and HR Software alongside HR Services such as employment law advice, official document writing and employee benefits advice within the SME market. There are several companies already providing these services to larger businesses, but they do not target businesses with 1 to 200 employees.

The founder chose to base MP Payroll Solutions in the historic spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells located in the heart of the garden of England, Kent.
Our incredibly talented team consists of people from across the globe and ranges in age from 18 to 74. As a result of such a diverse workforce, we have access to a vast range of skill sets and experience that our team possesses.
MP Payroll Solutions promotes a work hard/play hard company culture. From 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, our staff are focused on providing customers with the best service the payroll industry has to offer. In addition, the company supports a fun working environment with staff often taking part in a wide range of events such as paintball, mud runs and charity events.
