Modus is a RICS Regulated Firm. This regulation ensures the company practices and complies with globally recognised ethical and professional standards, giving our clients’ confidence that we can be trusted to deliver high standards of service at all times.
Modus is an approved Constructionline Supplier meaning that we have been assessed for our standards, which are aligned to PAS91:2013, the industry recognised pre-qualification questionnaire developed by Government.
