I had the privilege of being introduced to Keely through a dear friend who signed me up for her life-changing programme. At the time, I was in a strange place and struggling with my mental health. I was trying to juggle multiple challenges, from building my own business and moving to a new town, to dealing with grief, family drama, and friendship breakups.
