We provide Business Growth Consulting & Coaching to business owners of established businesses and leaders of organisations.

Business Growth Consulting helps businesses who are looking to develop their companies and maximise their potential. It looks at strategy and tactics to create long term sustainable businesses.

Business Coaching is a professional relationship between the business owner or leader of an organisation and the business coach. It is about the coach asking questions that help the business owner learn, grow and achieve success. 

The aim for both consulting and coaching is to help the business owner identify and achieve specific goals for their business. 

It is about the way things are done as well as what is done so that the business owner can achieve focus and clarity on their business growth journey and deliver improved business performance.  

Consulting is bespoke – after an initial meeting we’ll decide together how we will proceed.

Coaching is provided on a 121 basis either on zoom or in person and is in hourly sessions either weekly or fortnightly.

Karen has transformed Wharf Financial. Usually I would write, has ‘helped’ transform Wharf Financial but the great thing about her techniques and strategies are that not only does she think of innovative methods but she also fully implements them.

I had always been wary of business marketers and strategists but Karen was different. Her in depth analysis of our situation identified key areas to hone in on and her excellent communication skills enabled her to clearly explain the process needed to be undertaken and what the results would be.
