  • Utilising a participative, supportive, results-orientated coaching style with a high emphasis on quality, performance management and the overall improvement of professional relations on an on-going basis
  • Implement leadership documents including legal register, aspects register, analysis of interested parties
  • Support and guide top level management with the setting of company objectives and targets which are measurable and achievable to alight with the companies business goals
