We are a highly experienced partnership of professionals from Construction, Recruitment, Technology, Training and Finance. We have been brought together by the Founder of The RIFT Group, a family business specialising in Tax Refunds, established 25 years ago. We believe that the time is right for change in the Construction Industry. We hope that JobMatcha can disrupt the legacy supply chain, bringing compliance and oversight to employers, whilst creating value and opportunity for workers.

In our DNA is a passion for keeping things simple and for doing the right things. Whilst we will always do the basics well, rewarding responsible workers and recruiters with solid matches, we will also undertake to help shape our industry and communities for the better.
Our Principles
Worker Welfare:
- We will ensure that the worker owns their own profile.
- Pay rates will be completely transparent, and there will be no hidden charges.
- The worker engages with the client directly through the App, and it negates the need for a ‘middle-man’ or agency.
- By doing so, we will ensure that the worker is paid more.
Social Value:
- The client can utilise the portal to engage with workers from the local area.
- The App has links to training and skills providers and access to wellbeing resources.
- We can report on vital Section 106 and TOMs data such as – worker locality, worker diversity and worker carbon footprint.
- We will bring apprentices, veterans, the long-term unemployed and ex-offenders onto the platform.
