Additionally, we can offer Jobcentre Plus offices for interviews (where available) and local recruitment events.

Working with the Department for Work and Pensions has been a collaborative experience, with the flexibility to adapt approaches rather than follow fixed rules. When we’ve raised concerns, DWP has listened, adjusted, and offered practical solutions, allowing us to introduce filters so only the most suitable candidates attend site. Through workshops supported by job‑role videos, open days, trial sessions, and now work trials with a supported trainer, we’ve been able to break down barriers, build confidence, and make a new starter’s first day far less daunting, while also ensuring expectations are better managed for both the employer and the individual.
