Jenner is a privately owned regional chartered building company that undertakes construction projects throughout Kent and East Sussex.

We are modern, award-winning and forward-thinking, managing the challenges of being an innovative construction business whilst embracing our rich heritage, with history spanning all the way back to 1875.

Our mission is clear. We strive to provide the very highest quality in terms of the work we produce on site and in our management approach. We maintain open and honest dialogue, transparency in our negotiations and above all else to achieve complete client satisfaction by delivering projects on time, within budget and to an exceptional quality.

We operate within a number of sectors within the industry including affordable housing, education, healthcare, community, commercial, historical buildings and private housing. The value of projects we undertake ranges from £10,000 to £30m and a selection of these can be viewed in the Projects section.

Based in Folkestone, Kent, we employ approximately 140 staff who work within our Contracts and General Works departments. Our Contracts department undertake larger value projects typically in excess of £1.5m, whilst our General Works department which includes 30 directly employed skilled trades people, undertake the smaller value projects.
