ER Longley Hydroworks is the oldest established water softener business in the UK and has been operating across Kent, Sussex, and London for over 96 years. We specialise in domestic and commercial systems and are experienced in all makes and models of systems

Starting with the team serving you today, we are rebuilding the systems to be here for the long-term, and together, we see ourselves as custodians of this great business for the future.

I recently got to know of Hydroworks after looking out of the window and seeing their van. Also after having a nightmare experience with Harvey water softener directly I decided to give them a go.

First the care and service Lawrence administered to us assessing our requirements was second to none. Also their plumbers Dave was exceptional, literally doing the impossible ( Harvey’s plumbers initial assessment) it terms of careful expert fitting of pipe work in what was initially deemed a complicated water set up.

Such a wonderful service by this team overall and very informative and patience by Dan and Harry to ensure all our extensive queries were addressed.

If you want excellent service of fitting of a water softener there is literally no where else you need to look.
