Why I Started HR Consulting Kent

I founded HR Consulting Kent with a clear purpose: to help SMEs grow their businesses by unlocking the potential of their people. Too often, HR is seen as a tick-box exercise – focused only on policies, paperwork, and compliance. I believe it can and should be so much more.
