We have 106 guest bedrooms plus kids stay and eat free* in our restaurant! We offer a full a la carte menu, as well as Bar meals/snacks. If you’re still feeling peckish we offer a 24-hour in-room dining menu as well.

Wonderful 3 night stay with my grandson. We were visiting family. Even though it was over the new year celebrations, we had a good night's sleep and enjoyed the pool. Lovely friendly staff, which was very welcoming.

Even my 6 Yr old grandson commented how nice the hotel was.

Sally in the restaurant at breakfast was very welcoming, especially. Reception was very helpful too, even when popping a missing towel, etc, up to our room personally.

Been staying at this hotel for work for quite a few years and I'm glad to see it's shortly having a face lift as it definitely needs it. In the meantime though, a quick shout out for the staff who are consistently helpful and cheery... and a special mention for LIZ who was working on reception when I checked in last night; I asked if I could have an envelope but, despite having a good look around for me, she couldn't find one that was big enough.

Liz went out of her way to help though, popping into the hotel early this morning, despite the fact that she wasn't on duty, to leave some A5 envelopes from home at reception for me. That's what I call service! Thanks Liz

Was a perfect stop off closer to the euro tunnel, hotel was very clean and staff very friendly, rooms were clean and spacious. Very relaxing bar area.

Very close to a small shopping mall which was ideal for us to walk and go shopping 🛍️.

Would definitely use again if using euro tunnel again.

Holiday Inn Maidstone is Brilliant, I was greeted by the Lovely sound of Music at the main entrance of the Hotel and Very Clean Lobby.

The Reception staff is Fantastic especially Liz.

She always smile and helpful, I stay here for only 1 night for next day training.

The room come with Japanese Tatami Wooden door (Asian Touch) as curtain which is a nice touch especially when you live in England.

Sally was really sweet, I would like to thank her for the pancakes’ written by my 9yr old We woke up on my daughters 9th birthday Sally went out of her way to find pancakes for my daughter for her birthday ! Fussy eater! Lovely food ! Lovely hotel, friendly staff beautifully decorated for the holidays! Xxx

We had a 4 night stay while visiting family in Seal. We could not fault the hotel.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Even though there was a Christmas event on each night, we were never disturbed as our room was remote from the party room. Excellent breakfast choices with a lovely lady welcoming us.

The Christmas decorations in the foyer were lovely. Very easy access to the motorways. Can highly recommend.
