Available to Gold and Platinum members, you can take advantage of a free induction and personal training session with any of our P. T’s.
We offer a variety of group strength and fitness classes on the gym floor every day, including weekends. Plus, our gym team are always on-hand if you would like any advice or guidance.

Our leisure pool is kept at a warm 29 degrees and is perfect for a calming swim.
You may enjoy taking part in an aqua aerobic exercise class, held regularly throughout the week.
Maybe you would choose to unwind in our bubbling spa? Or invigorate your body and mind by relaxing in the sauna or steam room?
Our gym floor is fully equipped with cardio and resistance machines as well as free weights.
For the energetic, we offer 2 squash courts and 2 badminton courts for hire.
