The estate’s eco-conscious approach extends to our kitchen and cutting gardens, where we forage, glean, and grow ingredients using the ‘no-dig’ method, preserving soil health and the delicate soil biome. Frasers proudly supports local artisans and suppliers, ensuring short supply chains and benefiting over 50 rural businesses. With a comprehensive recycling program and a preference for locally-sourced cold-pressed rapeseed oil, Frasers continues to minimise its carbon footprint.
