East Kent Mind can deliver a range of services to support the mental health and wellbeing of staff and clients linked to your organisation.

The charity incorporates the innovative Revival Food and Mood cafe at 58 Whitstable High Street and Kent Community Oasis Garden on the edge of the University of Kent campus in Rough Common, Canterbury, our wellbeing hub in King’s Street Ramsgate and now also includes the Herne Bay Umbrella hub in William Street which was absorbed into East Kent Mind when it was at risk of closure.

Services range from mental health awareness training for businesses; goal-focused mentoring initiatives; grant-funded wellbeing support in the community and schools through to the 40 activities we deliver each week to build mental resilience for our clients.

East Kent Mind is part of the registered charity Mind in Bexley and East Kent. The charity is legally and financially separate from national Mind and has its own charity number. The 100 local Mind charities in the country are affiliated to national Mind.

East Kent Mind delivers the annual Kent Mental Wellbeing Awards to showcase best practice in the wellbeing sector. Find out more at: www.kentmentalwellbeingawards.org.uk 

Training services include: Mental Health First Aid; Mental Health First Aid for Youth; Mental Health for Managers; Suicide Prevention Awareness; Mental Health Awareness; Neurodiversity; MoneySkills.
