Diverse Perspectives Ltd is a Kent-based neurodivergent-led consultancy offering specialist support to neurodivergent individuals through 1:1 coaching, and practical consultancy services to help businesses manage neurodivergent workplace accommodations with confidence.

For individuals: We offer specialist 1:1 ADHD and neurodivergent coaching for adults, particularly those who have received a late diagnosis and are figuring out what to do next. Sessions are online, tailored to how you’re wired, and focused on building strategies that actually work for your brain.

For businesses: Employment law is changing. The Employment Rights Act 2025 is the biggest overhaul of UK employment law in a generation, and new duties around training, harassment prevention, and reasonable adjustments are rolling out through 2026 and 2027. We help SMEs understand their obligations under the Equality Act 2010, train managers to handle accommodation requests properly, and build workplace cultures where neurodivergent employees can do their best work.

About Melanie Carr, Founder: Melanie holds a BA in Psychology, is a Foundation Accredited Coach, a Certified ADHD Works Coach, and a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach, with a Level 3 Certificate in Neurodiversity Coaching and Mentoring. She also brings her own lived experience as a late-diagnosed neurodivergent adult, and a background in marketing and advertising.
