Welcome to Discovery Park, a science and technology business park in Sandwich, the ideal environment for businesses to start, scale and succeed.

Set across 220 acres with 1.6 million sq ft of built space, our modern office space includes co-working facilities and bespoke offices catering for 2 – 2,000 employees. We have on-site labs, manufacturing facilities and land for further development.

We’ve also proud to be home to the only Barclays Eagle Labs in Kent – a co-working space which offers government backed mentorship programmes and events, also access to their demo directory, connecting business to potential investors.

Discovery Park also serves as an event centre, whether you need a private space for two delegates to get their heads together or an open day for 800. The Park has also been the star of the big and small screen over recent years – attracting the likes of Brad Pitt to Sandwich. The diverse range of settings from labs to plant rooms provide a choice of unique and atmospheric locations, which is why it’s repeatedly been chosen by Netflix, Universal studios, Paramount Pictures, BBC Worldwide and Channel 4.
