Cotton Nursing Solutions is a specialist UK-based healthcare training and consultancy provider, built on over 45 years of collective experience across the NHS, private organisations, and community care. Founded by Elisabeth, a Senior Sister and Occupational Health Nurse with extensive clinical and teaching experience, Cotton Nursing Solutions delivers services that are practical, evidence-based, and rooted in real-world practice.
All our training and consultancy is delivered by frontline healthcare professionals, ensuring our courses are engaging, relevant, and immediately applicable in the workplace. We work closely with organisations to understand their risks and responsibilities, and to design training that genuinely improves safety, confidence, and compliance.
We offer bespoke First Aid Training and Occupational Health services, including:
- First Aid Courses: 1-day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW), 3-day First Aid at Work (FAW), Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Clinical Training: OSCE NMC preparation for internationally educated nurses
- Occupational Health: Airside driver medicals, new starter health assessments, sickness absence assessments, and confined spaces medicals
