Convert Energy are an award winning, renewable energy design, project management and installation company based in the heart of Kent. Our technical design team are made up of experienced renewable energy experts who are firm in their belief that all renewable energy projects should be treated as bespoke to deliver the best performance. We deliver commercial and industrial Solar panel and battery systems across the south of England and offer unique PV-T (hybrid solar) systems.

The site conducts some of the most cutting-edge science experiments within the UK. Many of which require a significant power demand.

With extensive help and support from the Convert Energy team, who designed a multi-roof solution which maximised the potential generation of solar energy and provided us the highest levels of efficiency and module level monitoring. We host some incredible experiments, ground-breaking computing research and a host of space science companies.

Working with Ben and David and their Physics background, I personally could not have been happier with the outcome of this project.

Every aspect of this project has been designed by Convert Energy with efficiency, quality, and precision in mind. We had very specific requirements when it came to the specification and performance of the solar array. We wanted to be able to maximise the energy generation from the available area whilst maintaining the highest standards in efficiency, quality and reliability. I am really pleased with the results.
