Coniston are a traditional builder for today’s projects. Formed over forty years ago, Coniston Ltd is a traditional construction, refurbishment, and conservation contractor covering Kent, Sussex, and London.
Our portfolio includes heritage, commercial, education, residential and community work. We are proud of an 80% repeat business rate, testament we believe, to our commitment to quality workmanship and the highest standards of customer service.
Coniston work with a directly employed workforce of management, administration staff and skilled operatives, with each project being allocated a Contract Management Team from inception to completion. We proudly manage an in-house apprenticeship scheme, employing four apprentices at any one time.
Our expert team of craftspeople take great care and pride in their work and are trusted to work within the most sensitive environments.
Our clients include the National Trust, Royal Household, National Gallery, British Museum, Metropolitan Police, NHS, King’s School Canterbury, London Ambulance, Canterbury Cathedral, Somerset House and Victoria & Albert Museum.
