Boxley Parish Council serves the communities of Boxley, Sandling, Boarley, Forstal, Weavering, Grove Green and the southern parts of Lordswood and Walderslade; and is the largest parish in the borough of Maidstone with around 10,000 residents.

There are four community halls within the parish, Beechen Hall and Acorn Room, Weaving Village Hall, Sandling Village Hall and the Grove Green Community Centre.

Beechen Hall and the Acorn room are managed by Boxley Parish Council and are available to hire. Beechen Hall is also the home of the Parish Office. It is a modern community hall based in Walderslade, which is popular with both regular clubs and private hirers.

The facilities at Beechen Hall are available to hire at weekends and during school holidays and the type of events held at the hall range from; weddings, birthday parties both children and adult. race nights. quiz nights. concerts and family celebrations.

The hall has a fully equipped kitchen, parking for 60+ cars and disabled facilities.

The Acorn Room is a nice size room and is fully equipped to be used for business meetings, training sessions, children’s groups and for smaller hires such as wakes.
