Jim started his career working for various Government agencies both in the UK and abroad later specialising in developing and implementing learning & development programmes. Since joining Kent based Cognitas Global Ltd in 2021 he has focussed on helping organisations implement robust risk management strategies. Jim is also a Member of the Institute of Strategic Risk Management (IRSM) and L5 Award holder in Corporate Risk and Crisis Management. He most recently completed a L5 Award in Terrorism Planning & Management.
