Pressure doesn’t affect people in isolation. It can change how we think, behave, communicate and respond to one another and the conditions in which we are operating can shape what happens next. When we misread what is happening, difficult situations can escalate, affecting people, relationships and performance and, in some circumstances, contribute to psychological harm. Recognising what is happening earlier creates the opportunity to change what happens next.

I am a consultant, trainer, ICF-accredited coach and speaker with an MSc in Psychology and specialist in human functioning under pressure, behavioural escalation and complex organisational situations.

Drawing on more than 20 years of leadership experience alongside psychology, behavioural science and trauma-informed practice, I work with organisations to help them navigate situations where behaviour, relationships, leadership and organisational pressures are becoming difficult to manage.

My professional expertise is also informed by lived experience of navigating workplace bullying, trauma and systemic failure. This gives me a perspective from both sides: how organisations and leaders try to manage difficult situations, and what those situations can be like for the people experiencing them.

My work includes consultancy, training using the SoS Framework®, speaking, workshops and individual and group coaching. Where additional specialist expertise is required, I work with trusted professional partners to provide an integrated response.
