Kent Community Foundation is a local grant-maker and charitable partner working to strengthen communities across Kent & Medway. For 25 years, we have distributed nearly £60 million to small charities, voluntary groups and community projects, with a focus on supporting people who are vulnerable, isolated or facing disadvantage.

We are part of a UK-wide network of Community Foundations, giving us strong local insight and trusted relationships with grassroots organisations. This places us in a unique position to understand where support is most needed and where it can make a meaningful difference.
