ellenor Launches Single Lottery Play Tickets

Hospice charity ellenor has launched a new way to play their lottery – single tickets.

Available in any of their 15 retail shops, people can now buy a one-off ticket rather than (or in addition to!) signing up for a monthly direct debit commitment, giving supporters more freedom to play whenever it suits them, on the spur of the moment. They also make nice gifts too – slipped into birthday cards, given out to dinner guests, used as wedding favours or popped onto the Christmas tree.

And for £2 a go, players could win a big prize, like ellenor’s £10,000 rollover lottery winner did earlier this year.

Lottery Manager Anja Hessler, said: “With more than 250,000 visitors coming to our shops each year, this is a great opportunity for even more people to get involved and be in with a chance to win big prizes between £10 and £1,000 every week. “This year, we are celebrating our lottery running for 30 years, and since 1995, it’s helped us raise vital funds to care for patients and families when they need us most. “We’ve handed out thousands of prizes over the years – our supporters love the fun of our lottery, but we know not everyone wants to commit monthly. Now, anyone can play when they want, with no monthly commitment.”
