Jo James

Chief Executive

As Chief Executive Jo has overall responsibility for ensuring the Chamber meets the needs of its members and has a sound financial footing.

“Kent Invicta Chamber is one of the largest Chambers in the South East and most certainly one of the most active. I am very proud of that fact and will continue to ensure that we build upon this to make Kent Invicta Chamber ‘the most active Chamber’ in the South East giving maximum benefit to our membership and the business community as a whole’. We are very fortunate to have an excellent Team of people who are all dedicated to delivering a quality service to our membership”.

Tudor Price

Head of Business Development

Tudor is an experienced multi sector commercial director with extensive knowledge of both the corporate and SME environment. A part qualified accountant, business adviser and first class communicator, Tudor’s remit is to explore new areas of non-subscription revenue whilst continuing to develop and expand the Business Support and International activities of the Chamber.

Linda Marsh

Director of Membership Services

Linda is member of the Management Team with the Chief Executive, Resources Manager and Senior Business Adviser. She is involved in the Chamber management, strategic planning, business planning, events and training schedules and identifying revenue opportunities.

She plans and implements sales and marketing activities for products and services available from Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce. Linda’s role is to promote the Chamber concept to businesses and other organisations.

She implements plans for the recruitment and retention of Chamber Members. To research and develop the Members services. To represent Members and the Company’s interest with outside bodies.

Audrey Rich

P.A. to the Chief Executive

Audrey joined the Chamber as PA to the Chief Executive in December 2009 after spending 4 years living and working in Maryland, USA.

Audrey assists the Chief Executive with her everyday working needs and also works on a fusion of other tasks within the Chamber.  Audrey was part of the team working on the 2 Seas Trade Project, helping Kent Businesses trade with Belgium, Netherlands and France, which ran for 4years; she is looking forward to the continued work with 2 Seas Trade Projects.

Audrey has a corporate background working as a PA for an International Company in London for 17 years; she also has experience in the Adult Education and Travel sector.  Audrey is a qualified Reflexologist and Clinical Massage Therapist.

Audrey is also part of the Export Documentation Team.

Alison Butler

Membership Support

Alison is involved with the Membership department. The different roles she has held over the years means that she has a great wealth of knowledge to assist our members get the maximum benefit from their membership.

She welcomes any enquiry with regards to membership and will help in any way she can.  If she does not know the answer she will find someone who can!

Amanda Richardson

Facilities Co-ordinator & Receptionist

Amanda manages our room hire bookings & catering requirements for our conference facilities at the Chamber HQ – Ashford.

Angela Pearmine

Membership Support

Angela works in the Membership team. Her role consists of looking after our current members and supporting them throughout their time with us. She also organises the local representatives booking up appointments for them to visit local companies.

She is on hand with regards to any enquiries to do with membership and will help in any way she can.

Beverley Clark

Accounts Administrator

Beverley has been with the Chamber for over 26 years coming originally from the business enterprise side of the organisation. She now runs the accounts department at the Chamber HQ – Ashford. As well as accounts she is also part of the Export Documentation Team.

Bryan Hall

Membership Representative
Ashford, Canterbury, East Kent

Bryan trained as a teacher and then changed career to work in Sales and Sales Management for both multi-national organisations (mostly IT, telecommunications and software) and for the last 15 years within SME businesses.  Prior to joining the Chamber Bryan was running Speed Networking events around  Kent (and at all the B2B exhibitions in 2013) and was working as freelance sales for several small businesses in Kent.  He has an extensive over-view of how the Chamber works to help local businesses having been a member, sub-contractor and now an employee.

Bryan has lived in the Ashford area for 35 years and is the key contact for members and prospective members in East Kent (Ashford, Canterbury, Dover, Folkestone and Thanet).

Christine Monaghan

Events and Marketing Co-ordinator

Christine helps with organising all our business events and workshops. She works on the Chamber’s eMarketing campaigns and uses todays social media channels to help get our message across Kent that we are the business support network.

Clare Osman

Export Administrator

Clare assists with Import and Export documentations within our International team.

Georgie Card

Export Administrator

Georgie has been with the Chamber for a number of years and helps with Import and Export documentations within our International team.

Graham Card

International Trade Adviser

Graham is a graduate of the Institute of Export, holds the diploma of the Asset Based Finance Association, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers.  He has spent his working life in UK and international trade, and commercial trade finance.  His core experience is in supply chain logistics and documentary credits together with sales and sourcing of the most appropriate finance facilities for UK, as well as import and export situations.

Accounts Assistant

Janet works part-time in the accounts department alongside Beverley.

Jenny Holt

Export Administrator

Jenny works at our Medway office and is part of the Export administration team. She has over 20 years experience within this industry.

John SayerJohn Sayer

Membership Representative – West Kent

John is the main membership contact for West Kent. With a strong corporate background in marketing and sales in both domestic and international markets this experience enables John to appreciate members requirements and assist them in getting full value from the Chamber. John has been a Chamber member for over 18 years and being based and working in West Kent he has an intimate knowledge of the area’s business fraternity and workings.

Julie Waller

Associate Business Adviser

Julie is a professionally qualified and experienced manager and business adviser with a passion for supporting SMEs across all sectors from start-up to high growth. Having spent over 25 years in Business Banking, Julie brings extensive practical knowledge and understanding of the financial challenges that many businesses face, especially in the current economic climate. Other areas of work include working on strategic/operational problems such as, customer service improvements, managing staff development and training, equality and diversity and performance management/appraisals including implementation of recommendations. Having set up her own company, she brings a pragmatic approach to business, sourcing solutions, getting things done and most of all helping others to achieve their goals in the most effective way. Professional Accreditations include: Accredited Business Adviser with the Institute of Leadership & Management & Small Firms Enterprise & Development Initiative (SFEDI), Fellow of Institute of Consulting, Member of Institute of Enterprise & Entrepreneurs (Mentoring), CIPD Qualified.

Lynda Hyder

Office Manager

Lynda looks after the facilities team at Head Office in Ashford. She helps with room bookings and catering requirements for our conference facilities.

Louisa Felstead

Membership Representative – North Kent

Based at the Medway office, Louisa is the main membership contact for North Kent. With a diverse business background, she has now been involved within the Chamber movement for a decade. She has an extensive over-view of how a Chamber works to help local business having been a member, sub-contractor and now an employee. She has lived and worked within the North Kent area for almost 30 years giving her a depth and on-going knowledge which help her to understand the key factors affecting the area. Louisa is passionate about helping Kent businesses to succeed.

Paul Brooks

Events and Marketing Executive

Paul looks after and organises all our business events and workshops throughout Kent. He also produces all our marketing material from design to print including sending out eMarketing campaigns and using todays social media channels.

In the past he has been involved in high quality business events including large B2B Conferences and Exhibitions. He has worked alongside the British Chamber of Commerce, Medway Council, Kent County Council, Gatwick, Heathrow and the Kent Messenger Group. He was also in the original events team that created Kent 2020 which is one of the largest business to business exhibitions now in Kent.

Paula Weeks

Membership Assistant – North Kent

Paula works in the membership team at the Medway office. Her role consists of looking after our current members and supporting them throughout their time with us.

She is on hand in particular with the North Kent companies assisting the local representative where possible.

Paulyne Martin

Business Support Officer

Paulyne currently supports the Business Development department at the Chamber, co-ordinating advisers, collating information and general administration.

Peter Waite

Resources Steward

Pete has been with the Chamber for over 6 years and is always at hand to help out our visitors and staff a like, nothing is too much trouble. He ensures the smooth operation of the conference facilities and maintains the grounds and premises as well.

Philip Galpin

Business Support Supervisor

Philip comes to the Chamber from a background working with a consultancy involved in local regeneration.

He currently helps run the business support department at the Chamber, co-ordinating advisers, collating information and general administration, as well as providing some of the less intensive, broader business support.

He also helps run the social media services for the Chamber.

Roger Keech

Membership Representative – Maidstone

Rogers experience allows him to develop members requirements around the structure of chamber benefits whilst maintaining and promoting good working relationships within the membership. He is the key contact for members in the Maidstone area.

Rebecca Partridge

Associate Business Adviser

Rebecca works as an Associate Business Adviser with the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce providing ‘one to one’ business advice to Pre Start and well established businesses.

Robin Archer

Robin works as an Associate Business Adviser with the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce providing ‘one to one’ business advice to Pre Start and well established businesses.

Theresa Addison

Associate Business Adviser

Theresa has worked within local businesses in various areas of Kent at senior level for 25+ years, in many types of industry; she has a wealth of local business knowledge gained within the private and public sector, plus experience of working with International and Global businesses. She worked within the publishing sector as an HR Operational Director and has been very successful ‘leading strategic change’ and has worked with banks and administrators, successfully turning around failing companies.

Theresa, as well as working for herself, works as an Associate Business Adviser with the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce providing ‘one to one’ business advice to Pre Start and well established businesses. Within the Business Adviser role she runs the Starting in Business Workshop’s in Ashford and covers in Maidstone if required. This workshop covers all aspects of setting up a business and current legal requirements.

Viv Harding

Export Team Leader

Viv heads up the International team. She has an extensive amount of knowledge within this field of work helping with Import and Export documentations.
