Profile was established in 1994 and is a unique team of experienced consultants ranging from Directors to trainees and all levels in between.

We are construction time specialists, providing planning and programme services, based from our offices in Kent.

We provide quality expert “time management” knowledge and support to the “built environment” in a cost efficient manner.

Profile are experienced in new builds, refurbishments and renewal projects across the whole spectrum of the industry, including commercial, residential, leisure, retail, education, hospitals and industrial.

• Planning support from pre-contract through to project completion to expert delay analysis
• Preparation of detailed tender programmes and method statements
• Formulate logistical project specific arrangements and provide 2D or 3D versions of the plans
• Progress monitoring, including CPA updates and report writing
• Full extension of time analysis and Expert Witness services and report writing
