As part of Hatten Wyatt’s expansion plans, we are delighted to announce that Bailey & Cogger Solicitors of Tonbridge will be incorporating with us from 1st September 2019. Now with 5 offices across Kent, incorporating the team at Bailey & Cogger will ensure clients receive the most comprehensive and specialist legal advice from each of our offices, whilst maintaining their local presence and expertise.
A firm of 17 staff, Bailey & Cogger is a thriving high street legal practice with clients across Kent, Sussex and further afield. Mirroring that of the values and services provided by Hatten Wyatt, they act on behalf of local businesses and individuals; offering an extensive range of legal services from conveyancing to family law, to an outstanding standard. Based in a former bank building on Tonbridge high street, the firm holds a well-founded presence within the community and is well respected by clients throughout Tonbridge and its surrounding areas. Senior Partner, Graham Beach LLB and Partner, Jeremy Woodford, are both thrilled to be joining under the umbrella of Hatten Wyatt and are excited to expand their offering to clients. Mr Beach explains, “Incorporating Bailey & Cogger with Hatten Wyatt means we will be able to give our clients access to a much wider range of legal expertise, whilst maintaining our local, friendly, but business-like approach.
Feedback from both staff and clients has been extremely positive thus far and we are excited to see what the future has in store for the firm.” Hatten Wyatt now offer 10 partners and over 80 staff across its own offices in Gravesend, Morlings Solicitors in Maidstone, Pengelly & Rylands in Tenterden, Stephens & Son in Chatham and now, Bailey & Cogger in Tonbridge.
Most important to Hatten Wyatt and their incorporated firms is having their clients at the heart of each firm, ensuring they keep abreast of modern thinking and practice and maintain strong relationships through a cost effective but friendly, approachable and knowledgeable service. Community involvement also plays a pivotal role in day-to-day proceedings within the firm, as does supporting fresh legal talent through the provision of training contracts and work experience for students.
