Kreston Reeves, a leading accountancy and financial services firm in London, Kent and Sussex, has been shortlisted in the ‘Graduate and Non-Graduate Programme of the Year’ category at the prestigious British Accountancy Awards 2017 alongside global giants McDonalds Restaurants and KPMG.
The British Accountancy Awards celebrate the impact that expertly designed and executed accountancy and finance strategies make to business performance. This year the awards ceremony will take place at London Hilton on Park Lane on 13 October 2017.
This shortlisting recognises Kreston Reeves as delivering excellence in its business-led training programme. To be considered a finalist, the firm had to demonstrate the use of 21st century learning options and innovative ways to attract, retain and develop younger generations to its profession, while delivering real bottom line results.
This acknowledgement of the quality of Kreston Reeves’ training provision by the British Accountancy Awards comes in a year where the firm also achieved the apprenticeship ‘Employee Training Provider’ status for its graduate and non-graduate training programme. Kreston Reeves is just one of three UK accountancy firms, and the only mid-sized firm, to hold this coveted status.
This is not the first time that Kreston Reeves have been recognised at these awards. In 2016, the firm was shortlisted in the ‘Mid-tier Firm of the Year’ and ‘Top 50 Audit Team of the Year’ categories. And in 2014 Kreston Reeves won the ‘Training Team of the Year’ award demonstrating the firm’s enduring dedication to the training and development of its teams.
Andrew Griggs, Senior Partner at Kreston Reeves, said: “I am delighted that Kreston Reeves has been shortlisted at the British Accountancy Awards.
