You MUST attend all three sessions, session 1 – 11th April, session 2 – 1st May, session 3 – 22nd May 2019
Session 1: (11th April 2019)
Profile your sales skills, discover your strengths and weakness in a frontline sales role. If your business depends on sales then this is unmissable. We will cover a brief history of sales, the typical journey in a higher value, multi step sales process, sales measurement and pinpoint what training you need exactly. A great benefit of this session is all participants get to complete the award winning Sales Profile used by companies worldwide. Valued at £120 per chart, this tool is included in your registration and pre-requisite for session 1.
Session 2: (1st May 2019)
Lead generation, the focus of this session will be on identifying your ideal target customer, niche and even microniche. If you do not niche we can predict that you are leaving a lot of money on the table. This session will get you to zero in on your most likely to buy preferred customers. In addition we do some grass routes lead-in hacks for LinkedIn so bring your laptop.
Session 3: (22nd May 2019)
The sales conversion. This dynamic session is totally hands on. We will hot seat participants to refine your sales conversation looks like you are probably un-selling prospects without knowing it – and so you need to be at this session.
