ThinkDo Strategy Ltd is my consultancy business; we aim to help construction focused SMEs build and deploy strategies to take their business to ‘the next stage’, whatever that aspiration might be.
Our core focus is, especially, entrepreneurial Founders seeking to build leadership teams, who may seek an exit strategy, or who may simply wish to diversify.
The ethos is to bring Senior, ‘MBA’ level, strategic and operational expertise in B2B Sales, Marketing, Business Development and General Management, without the commitment to full time, Director level engagement.
More involved than a Non-Exec., we get ‘elbow deep’ into the business.
