Founder and CEO Tracy-Anne Barker, an author who recently published a book ‘How not to Balls it up’ – a practical guide to modern management understands how frustrating it can be when your team is not performing, and your managers need support. Prior to starting the business in 2018, she spent over 20 years managing small and large teams in many different sectors including construction, education, retail, transport and much more.  As a qualified coach and trainer, she personally aware of the impact training can make on an organisation. Both her and her team help hundreds of managers each year.

Managing people is not always easy! But Tracy-Anne has created an approach that is practical, accessible and affordable to help businesses get the right results. Working with us, you and your managers can be confident that they are getting it right.

In her downtime, when not doing the job, she absolutely loves, you will find her with three stepchildren and two grandsons, usually at a game of Rugby at our local club. Or hanging out with friends watching England on a big screen, or if lucky enough, watching the team at Twickenham, the home of England rugby.  ‘Come on England’.

Business can often be aligned to sport; Rugby is a great example of that. As a game you need lots of different players with lots of different skills.
