Kent Design Studio provides every client with a personal service to ensure that every project is delivered to its full and deserved potential regardless of it size or scale.

Whilst we are based in Kent we do undertake work nationally with recent commissions in areas such as the New Forest and The Shetland Islands.

Our portfolio of work focuses on projects of all scales, including conversions, extensions, one off, bespoke dwellings and multiple unit developer schemes.

Our main working sectors are in residential, agricultural and equestrian schemes however we do also carry out commercial, industrial and educational sectors.

We understand the complexities of a variety of projects and enjoy the challenge of working with constrained sites, buildings within rural settings and those influenced by heritage. We respond to each project to create a project that exceeds expectation whilst maintaining deliverability.  We consciously avoid a prescriptive style and respond to each project through a rigorous analysis of your requirements, the site and the landscape context.

Our ethos is to maintain an innovative and fresh approach to all projects at every stage in the process, with a two-team structure each specialising in either planning or technical stages. This allows each project to be run by a group in which key skills are optimised dependant on individual needs of the project.
