Hawk Surveying comes to the Chamber with more than 15 years’ Quantity Surveying experience in construction and commercial management.

  • Pre-Construction Cost Planning- Our services include advice on design and value management at the early stages of a project, working closely with your design team to ensure best value
  • Procurement & Tendering - We can provide traditional tendering services, two-stage tendering or support on secured contracts. We can support with the preparation of tenders, analysis of tender returns, contract advice and collation of contract documentation
  • Contractual advice – Advising on contract wording, responsibilities, risks and entitlements
  • Contract Administration – Preparing contract documents, administering change control procedures, issuing instructions, notices and valuations, chairing construction progress meetings, monitoring and reporting on progress and performance
