We have worked very successfully with BISON before and they understand not only our design concepts but also how these relate to new branding and our ‘Spirit of Place’.

The displays are image led and playful – they have raised many smiles with visitors comparing the 1930s with today, and what was required from employees of Lady Baillie. The quotations applied directly onto the walls have been very successful, with children reading them out loud and visitors hearing a first-person voice in the Castle.

We were very impressed with BISON’s design vision for the project – there were so few design iterations: the brief was met almost straight away. All aspects discussed were taken on and they worked flexibly to deliver what was needed. We really appreciated the collaborative working and that BISON put in the extra time and effort to achieve the impact and quality we needed.

We’ve been well established for quite some time, but felt that we needed to freshen things up with a new identity. Everything was a real mishmash, so it was about bringing everything together again; one look, one feel. That’s definitely what we’ve achieved – we couldn’t be more pleased what’s been done, BISON surpassed all expectations.

Myself and Andrea are quite reserved – we don’t put ourselves out there, so it was a little bit of going out of our comfort zone. We were very much in BISON’s hands – we trusted them and I’m so pleased we did! We love the arrows, the plus sign and the new colours, and it’s very much shouting ‘look at us, this is who we are, this is what we do’. I feel that we’ve got an identity that makes us feel proud and able to to shout about who we are and what we do.

We have a nice working environment for the team as well – a place we’re proud of for anybody coming to visit. We’ve had some super comments from the local tenants in the in the building as well – you can’t miss us now as you drive up the road!

I think a lot of people who have their own business struggle to trust someone with a project like this – their brand is their baby. But the benefits have been amazing. BISON really connected with us as people in the business, keeping that soft family service feel, but bringing us into the 21st century. Thank you!

We selected BISON as our partner of choice on this project because we felt that their work stood out from other agencies in terms of creativity and impact. We had used them before on other office decor and exhibition projects and we were keen to work with an agency that we were familiar with.

Our brief to BISON was to create a visually impactful, commercially effective, and environmentally friendly packaging design for our Causeway Donseed biometric tablets. It was a challenge to do everything over Zoom through the pandemic, particularly when you’re talking about a physical product, but the use of super-imposed visuals rather than static drawings really helped bring the project to life.

BISON completely led the concept side and gave us ideas we wouldn’t have even thought about. For example, the sleeve looks really professional and is something we wouldn’t have even considered.

At every stage of the process – from initial concept design through to production – the team at BISON were a pleasure to work with and continually exceeded our expectations. The final product delivers on all of the objectives in our brief.
