Hearing Impaired Children’s Choir At All Faith’s Academy In Rochester

A local Chamber member and client of Assentive’s, Calibre Facility Services Ltd in Rochester, has been featured on KMTV for its support of the hearing impaired children’s choir at All Faith’s Academy in Rochester.  See here for the piece on the news.

This is terrific news for the choir and its inspirational leader, Adam Jessup-Smithers, for the national championships for signing choirs as well as for my client, Calibre Facility Services Ltd in Kent. I am proud to be associated with all of these wonderful people and it is truly inspirational to see the marvelous work Adam and his team are doing with these children.  Calibre’s contribution will go a long way to getting the children all the way to Dundee next May when they have to defend their title as National Champions in the signing choir competition.

If anyone has national press contacts they think would be interested in this story then please do let them know and put them in touch with us.  These signing choir championships have only been running for a few years and the message has not yet hit everyone’s desk.

There are now several children’s choirs participating in this event and the challenge for All Faith’s Revolutionaries in May is going to be quite daunting but Adam is quietly confident nonetheless.  I must say that watching them and seeing the real enthusiasm they all have for this is very inspiring and I’m hoping they bring the trophy back from Dundee as they did earlier this year from the championships in Gillingham.

If any other Chamber members are interested in getting involved then do let me or one of the people at Calibre know and we’ll put you in touch with Adam and his team.
