The Choristers of Canterbury Cathedral will be performing a celebration concert on Friday 6 March in the Crypt of Canterbury Cathedral. Piano soloist Jacob Barnes, recently voted Kent Young Pianist of the Year will also perform to help raise money for Diabetes UK.
There are 2.5 million people with diabetes in the UK and 350,000 of these live in the South East Region.
