Are you interested in trading and making business connections in Europe

Would you like free advice, website translations and funding to attend cross channel trade shows?

The Transmanche Enterprise Network (TEN) is part financed by the cross border cooperation programme Interreg IVA 2 seas and Canterbury Council.

TEN is a three-year project with the aim of promoting and encouraging entrepreneurs and businesses to develop new cross-border commercial initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for Canterbury small businesses to establish new markets in northern France and Belgium to assist their commercial growth.

The project is delivered by 6 partners with Medway Council acting as the lead partner, the other partners being Canterbury City Council, POM West Flanders Development Agency, Boulogne Chamber of Commerce, Boulogne Development Cote d’ Opale and the Regional association of Business Incubators (Les Ruches du Nord).

The funding will enable businesses to develop multi-lingual web pages, and attend UK workshops, overseas study tours and visits and to exhibit at business events in France and Belgium with business culture and language support. Ultimately, this is about building business partnerships and new commercial relationships with companies on the other side of the Channel. What’s more it is free of charge.
