The ‘Keeping Your Business Healthy’ programme provides tremendous value-for-money and is delivered by experienced and professionally qualified Business Advisers who run, or have had experience of running their own business. They can help you improve your bottom line without the costs normally associated with consultants. This programme is tailored to your individual requirements and will commence with a half-day assessment on-site and produce a report and an action plan covering such areas as:

A totally confidential programme runs for 12 months and also includes our mentoring service where your own personal business adviser will provide on-going support either at the Chamber office on a one-to-one basis, telephone, and email. Grants
Not as prevalent as formerly, there are still some grants available for qualifying businesses and we shall be happy to discuss eligibility. Recent successful grants have been:

- Selective Finance for Investment (SFI) - up to 15% of fixed capital costs
