New Exporter Registration

If you need your commercial documents to be authenticated, ready for export, then we can help. You may need a Certificate of Origin as part of the terms of sale, or an Invoice to be certified as part of the importing country’s customs requirement. Countries that have trade agreements with the EU, can qualify for preferential rates of duty on imported goods; a Movement Certificate may be required. You can obtain all this at the Chamber.

Before you can get your documents processed by the Chamber, you will need to complete a couple of forms for us. Please read through the Certification Standard Rules first, before committing to them. We are required by the Department for Business, Innovation & Skills to obtain a copy of these from each Exporter that submits documents to us. Formal Undertaking & Authorized Signatories

Once you have read through the Standard Rules and you are happy to go ahead, please print a copy of the Formal Undertaking & Authorized Signatories onto your company’s headed paper. Sign accordingly and post the originals to the following¬†address:
