Learn to, a Social Enterprise Kent partner, are pleased to be able to offer you access to a grant scheme that you can take advantage of to develop your leaders and teams.

The Leadership and Management Specialist Advisory Service (LMAS) is provided for Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) employing between 2 and 249 people. All you have to do is to go to the below website and ensure that you meet the criteria, fill in a short form, and you will be eligible to receive up to £1000 worth of funding towards management training.
